not sure if this is motion or dragging it
but since you probably have the motion already in the model (you can move it just with mates), why not create one config at one end and one config at the other and measure the distance?
if you have motion, just plot displacement at the end of the shaft relative to the face of the box. NOTE, this requires solidworks motion, not basic motion.

Hi Ankush, I would suggest going through the tutorials on motion and also checking out a reseller training class in motion if you're going to do further simulations.
Regarding the output, I checked your model, since you don't have the cammate in your assembly you can't use my first method (which is the easiest).
You have to turn on solidworks motion. (unclear in your original post if you're using basic motion or solidworks motion)
And then create a plot similar to this one where the edge of the shaft and edge of the hole are used to calculate a distance between them/relative to each other.
