Thank you very much for your reply. Just another query why can you not see the corner cuts that appear when you unfold the body whilst using flat pattern? I am pretty new to using sheet metal in solidworks.
Not sure which corner cuts you're pointing to. Can you please put a picture of what you looking to get?
The flat pattern should work fine and weld corner features will be suppressed. Please note that you can't have profile from welded corner into flat pattern as those will be made only after bending the part.
