I want to apply sealant to prevent the air leakage. so, how can i apply the sealant in solidworks assembly and also i want the total sealant Length or Kgs required for that particular assembly in bom. Is this possible in solid works? If it is possible plz help me....
What kind of sealant it is?
Like an O-Ring Or Grease. Either way you can model the shape (extrude, revolve, sweep, etc.) and apply material properties to it. Finally get the required length or weight as required.

can i do this in weldments?
I would not recommend you to model grease but create a dummy part (to be used for assemblies) or a dummy body in the weldment file itself. And then in the BOM/Cutlist simply add the approax quantity.
can i use weldbead option for creating sealent..?
becoz by using extrude and sweep options i m getting more time for my big assembly...
Yes you can but make sure you provide the proper material values to the bead.
