I am trying to get the top of the side rails for a spiralling curved package conveyor to be at the same height all the way around the curve. I have tried many different methods and none seem to give me what I am looking for.
Maybe someone has a better way of doing this. I have attached the file that I am current working on. This is in 2013.
You may be able to get the flat portion at same level but since bend radii are different, the bend portion will not match.
Well I was successful in getting the rails the way I want them at the same height all around the curve but now I have the next problem.
An unfold and cut ("cut-extrude7") works fine when I fold it but when I attempt the same thing in ("cut-extrude6") it does not show when I fold it.
Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong. See the attached part file.
Maybe I am asking for the impossible. I don't know but it sure has me baffled on how to do it and keep the box flat as it goes around the incline.
