Solidworks Resources low

Hello,

I use Dell Precision M4700 with 500Gb HDD and 16Gb Memory and 1GB Workstation Graphics but still solidworks 2014 X0 shows resources are critically low. I checked task manager and it is filled only 6GB. How come it shows low resources warning even with assembly which has only 10 parts.

 

Please help. It is not letting me to make drawings
