Symmetry Boundary Condition Cut Plot

I'm currently using symmetry boundary conditions in one of my flow simulations to reduce the computational domain and thus the number of cells. After the simulation runs I use a cut plot along the front plane to display solid temperature contours (my simulation is symmetric about x = 0). This is well and good but I can only see the cut plot where my computational domain is (to the right of x = 0, my line of symmetry). I would think that I should be able to mirror the results of the cut plot since the results are symmetric anyway. I want to see the cut plot from, for example, x = -2.5 to 2.5 instead of just x = 0 to 2.5. I would greatly appreciate any insight into this matter.
