when I do a render of a file containing a derived part. the Photoview apply scale in the derived part!

Do you have displacement set up on the cap? If so that's what's causing your issue.
what you mean by displacement?
the cover is a derived part with 2 restrictions.
1 - concentric to the finish of the bottle
2.- touch in the finish lip
The appearance on the cap. What is it? For the cap appearance in the "surface finish" tab is it set to have displacement?
the apparence name of the cap is "activo modo: wet paint blue".
Check the settings on the Advanced tab for that Appearance. What is the setting for Displacement?
When you select the Advanced button you will get several more tabs of settings for that Appearance.

this appearance don't have advanced settings because is not native from solidworks.
is a MODO appearance.
this only happens to me with sw2014.
Post the Modo appearance file you downloaded. We can open it in Modo and check if the file has displacement.

this appearance don´t presents problems in sw 2013 SP4.0.

See if this will work.... I changed a couple settings in Modo and saved a new preset.

After......
Should work for you. I render the above image in SW2014 with your original preset and the new one I saved out of Modo 701 SP2.
Displacement is physically changing your part. Making it larger. You can see this in the Before image in my model.
