I am trying to add a circular emboss to a sheet metal part and when I try and select a form tool from the design library, it doesn't bring up the form tool feature manager with all the option. It doesn't let me pick which face to put it on. The only way it will go into the part is if I use the feature mates. But I am still given no options. How can I fix this?
Right click on the forming tool folder in design library and select "Make Forming Tool Folder". Then try again.
Thank you once again Deepak. Im just going to soon just have to add you to my favorite contacts. I don't know why it was doing that. I did what you said and didnt work the first time. Tried it again and then it worked, Then I tried to show someone else on another computer and it did the same thing. It was like you have to right click and select "forming tool folder" and then do it again then it seems to work. Not sure why I had to "check it" once then put it back the way it was originally for it to work.
