I am using eDrawing on an Android tablet and was wondering if there is a way to access my drawings on a flash drive (USB). The only way I can get drawings now is to use a cloud site like Google or Dropbox.
You'll probably need a USB "On-The-Go" cable, and an Android file manager app.
frist download the file manager. Just connect your tablet with your computer. and take all the data on the internal memory or the momory cards and ascess the file in your tablet through the file manager
OK, it looks like my file manager is the problem. Ian, my tablet has a usb port so I don't need any more hardware. I am using the free version of "Documents to Go" by Data Viz. Any suggestions for a different app?
I currently use "Astro File Manager".
I found that the stock android "files" app worked fine for finding and opening edrawings files. I just browsed to where the file was on the SD card and selected it. This launched edrawings and opened the file. Plus, edrawing remembered that file and its location in the "my files" dropdown.
if file manager is not working just go to the setting and update the Android os. Which is inbuilt in the setting option. Just check the Androide store file manager which is supported for your tablet.
That solved the problem. Downloaded new file manager and all is good. Thanks!
Has anyone installed/used Android Edrawings on a Nook tablet? I know I should get a "real" tablet, but just wondering if this was a possibility.
