Use Advanced mates,
Linear and angular should control most of the movement you show in the video.

You could also turn on collision detection when you drag your parts. This would stop any parts from moving if they have interefering solid bodies. Distance mates with limits would also work.

just go for mates>limit mate>and press ? next to tick mark . it will guide you how to use the limit mate tool.

Search SolidWorks Help for "Mate Property Manager" and then click on "Angle Mate" and "Limit Mate".
