I am in the process of creating a Multi-Site EPDM installation. We have a good solid VPN connection between both locations and we have changed from using Active Directory permissions (which we have been using for EPDM for the last 6 years) to Trusted Domains so that the users at the 2nd location can be added to our EPDM installation easily. I have run the command that I saw on a post of someone doing something similar which said to run the following command in windows Run, to see if you could see the other users,

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe dsquery.dll, OpenQueryWindow

I am able to run the command and see any user on either of the networks. I also have gone onto the settings for the archive server and added the second domain to the list of accepted connections for the vault and admins. Now when I go into the EPDM Administration tool and click on the users list I get an Error message and after I click OK on that it keeps giving me the same error message when I try to add users to the list.

Error Message:

Name Translation: Could not find the name or insuffiecient rights to see name

I'm sure this has to do with the fact that it was using Active Directory before, but I'm not sure how to remedy the issue.

Does anyone know if this is an EPDM settings issue, or would this be an issue with the settings in the Trusted Domain, or a combination of the two?

Thanks,

Any help would be much appreciated.
