So I'm trying to intersect to cylindrical bodies without making them two entities (i.e. extruding a separate cylinder from a reference plaine). This part is meant to be cast and will be run through simulation. Therefore I need this part to be one entity. Take a look at the rough stage of this part that's attached and let me know what you think. I made this from one solid block with extrude cuts only. The problem as you can see is that when I go to extrude cut the larger cylinder out it detaches the perpendicular cylinder. How can I blend the two but not make then two bodies?
