Heat flow in ITO coated glass

I've never done flow simulation so I was wondering if someone could tell me if SW could do something. We have a 2" disc of glass, very much like you'd see in a flashlight. It has an ITO coating on one side making it conductive. Our misson is to heat the glass using electricity, and the ITO coated surface is about 10 Ohms across the face. We have a circular PCB ring with contact arcs opposite each other, and bonded to the glass with silver epoxy. Right now we're trying to adjust the copper on the PCB to make the heating as uniform as possible. Currently it wants to make a hot spot in the middle. Can SW simulate the flow of electrons through a resistive medium like ITO on glass? It would be nice to adjust the copper in SW, rather than continue to hack away at it with a Dremel tool.
