I'm working on a design that requires a counterbore for a spacer clearance yet have a threaded hole to attach a bolt that goes through this spacer.
Obviously I can create my own counterbore within the existing threaded hole sketch or just adding an additional hole/extruded cut. However, for the sake of when I create the manufacturing drawing, I prefer to use the hole callout utility and this will leave my counterbore dimensions out. Why is there not an option to have a counterbored and threaded hole all in one? Or am I just blind? Is there a plug-in or something similar that can be downloaded that has this feature?
I am using SolidWorks 2013.
Thanks for any help,
