I am pretty sure there's no way to generate any sort of 2-D code in SolidWorks. There are TrueType fonts that can produce a scannable 1-D bar code just by typing the numbers/letters, but 2-D codes are, of course, much more complex.
It would be possible to write a macro that could generate an image of a 2-D code and paste it into the drawing, but it wouldn't be auto-updateable or anything. And it would be a pretty advanced macro as well.

Can you generate the QR code and then add the picture of it in the drawing? There are many online site or software which can generate the QR code.
