I make 2 configuration in a part,configuration A with length 30,and configuration B with length 20,both use same dimension equation as shown,after insert to an assembly with 2 nos of configuration A and 1 nos of configuration B, the bom list shown all of them with length 20. Is that somewhere goes wrong?Thanks for any replies.

Currently I'm using solidworks 2009 sp3.0
Change BOM Part Configuration Grouping to different option and back to required one and this will fix the issue.

Works fine for me. Go to part mode and do a force rebuild (ctrl +q) and check in the assembly. Also can you upload this file or a sample file to check.
