I suggest you perform a completely clean uninstall of SW before re-installing.

Actually, before you do that, run the SolidWorks Rx tool to see what is reported?
Your VAR is usually able to give you pretty good help on installation issues. The Administration forum is the best place to look for answers here. You might want to ask this question there, or move this thread there.

I figured it out it only took me about 1 hour
Here are the steps for who ever is having this issue and for the experts.
Restart computer, next at bootup hit F12 , F8, F2 or what ever F gets you to the bios setup page.
then go to your video card setting
select video card available
disable video card selected by unchecking
Disable it/ remove check
then apply and reboot
go and open Solidworks and BAM!!!! it works, Why does it work, i dont know, Does it matter to me now, NO! All i know is it works and now i can do my work. The effects by doing this are unknown to me, so take caution, the risk and liability are in your hands.
