I have an assembly with BOM saved it in SVG format, I need to show BOM with Part numbers and Description with out table as shown in the attached file. what I am getting is BOM with table. I dont want table, how can I remove table lines(borders). What is the process to remove table lines (borders)?

If you want to keep all your data in Composer I would edit after export. It may be a pain with hundreds or items but it can be done. Drop your svg into Illustrator or Photoshop and just erase the lines. Being they are all stright lines it wouldn't be very hard to do at all.

If you are up to XML editing, you can open the SVG file into an XML editor such as Notepad++ or Visual Studio or the like. I use Visual Studio. Near the bottom of the file, you'll find the individual entries to the BOM table itself. They'll be <g> elements that look like: <g id="Line1">. Inside these elements you can comment out or remove the <path> elements. These are the elements that define the borders around the table entries.
Below is an example that I pulled out. The table has one row of entries. The comment is started with <!-- and finished with -->

As far as I am aware if you are wanting to delete or edit borders this doesn't seem to be a property you can edit.
