I've managed to do this once before but have no idea how i did it or how i can do it again - any suggestions?
I hope you are doing well.
Tools-> Sketch Tools-> Rotate.
Have a great day.
This is well passed the need for answer, but since I was having the same question and I figured someone else could use a solution I decided to reply.
Select the 3D Sketch in the Feature Tree, then press Ctrl+C, Ctrl-V couple of times and you will have 3 identical sketches. Then rotate/transform as needed.
Not sure if there is a better macro-less way, but at least this works.
Hi Lars - rotating is fine but how do you keep the original - im trying to rotate and make 3 copies of a 3d sketch round an axis . the original dissapears and the option for circular pattern is not available
May I ask what you're using this 3d sketch for? It might be much simpler to circular pattern the body or feature instead of the sketch.
