The image shows a vertical cylindrical tank with 2 oblique RG planes (6 & 14) defined as coincident with the axis of the tank, and 2 remote sketch points.

I intended that if the tank was moved laterally, the two planes would automatically realign to meet the constraints.

Well they stayed put.

I tried deleting and recreating the constraints defining the plane 6, then mating the plane to the tank axis, but it would not move.

I created a new RG plane with the same constraints as plane 6, and expected that, upon switching back to top view, I would see separate planes 6 & the new 17.  Instead they were coincident in the correct position, and plane 14 had also snapped into line.

I supressed new plane 17 and nothing bad happened, then deleted it and again nothing bad happened.

Is this weird or normal?
