Missing rename/pack&go/move shell extension

I am trying to solve this problem for weeks. I did full SW reinstall, nothing changed. I'm using SW 2013 SP4.0 Win7 64bit

The problem:

I am missing this SW Explorer extension. When you click on a SW file in Windows explorer, there was a menu for pack&go/rename etc., but now it's missing.

Also, all of my SW file icons look the same (see attached screenshoot).

I tried registering dll's, reinstalling SW, repairing SW explorer. Nothing works.

As you can see, I have two options, when opening SW files.

I had this problem a long time ago, I remember, I could fix it by choosing to open SW files with SW launcher by default.

Now it is not working.

And also, when one session of SW is running, when I double click SW file in explorer, it opens another session.

This is really driving me nuts, I hate to use SW explorer to rename every SW file. And as you can see, i can not see which file is a drawing, part or assembly.

By the way, when you resize the icons in explorer, thumbnails are working (you can see the file preview), but because I have large assemblies with lots of parts and drawings, I am used to work with small icons.

I hope someone can help me.

Thanks in advance!
