Does SW Premium not come with TolAnalyst as an add-in?

In that case, it hasn't been installed.

You should re-run the installation and modify the add-ins that are loaded.

Yes, its included in premium version - Not sure if it's also in pro. version

You have to load the add-in.
Once you've done that you can perform stack-ups in assemblies on the DimXpert panel.
