Hi dear friends,
I am using SW to calculate the moment of inertia. I am little confused about the terms used in tool of "Mass properties". There shows two items: principle moment of inertia and moment of inertia, which one should I use for the torque equation: t (torque) = I * a''(angular acceleration) ?
BTW, the inertia is calculated based on density of 1kg/m3, so I need to use the density of actual material for the calculation, right?
Thanks very much!
