We decided to start using the workgroup PDM for our CAD machines. The way it works is that 2 CAD machines are both connected to a network Synology HDD and one of the CAD machines has PDM Admin tool installed on it. I've tried putting the VaultData folder on the C:\ drive and everything worked fine. I then tried putting it on the mapped network drive and the service won't start. I changed the registry keys to "\\220.127.116.11\public\shared documents\VaultData" but that didn't work. I am also unable to navigate to that network drive during the installation process. Changing registry keys to "Z:\shared documents\VaultData", with Z:\ being the maped network drive, didn't help either. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
