SW2013 SP upgrade gone nuts.

Hi

Yesterday I updated to 2014 B2 which looked all fine. Later I got update notice about a new SP for 2013 and I started updating. Some error messages showed up regarding "Toolbox Updater Errors", but seemed to continue. But progress takes forever. It spent like 1 hours going from 0-50%, 1 hour from 50-60%, and probably like 3 hours from 60-70% completion - then I just went home in frustration. When I left work it was at 70%, but when I get back now it's at 74% (in 16'ish hours).

Plenty of resources left on my computer (ram, diskspace and so on).

Task Manager reports idling along at 98-99%, so nothing occupying processing power.

Nothing else I currently do seem to take excessive time to perform.

What's up with that? I asked my (general) admin if I should cancel the update so I might be able to do some work, but for reasons I agree on, we figured it was best to just leave it running. But seeing only 74% after all this time, I thought I'd ask here:

Is it safe to cancel an update mid process, and be able to continue working without causing a SW reinstall?

The toolbox errors I get:

Error reading toolbox update file 'C:\SolidWorks Data (4)\updates\1701_Update.tbox

Error loading C:\SolidWorks Data (4)\updates\1701_Update.tbox

Error reading toolbox update file 'C:\SolidWorks Data (4)\updates\1702_Analysis.tbox
