is it possible to sort the Components tree in alphabetic order?
I export the .easm file from "PTC Creo Elements/Direct" formerly "CoCreate Modeling";
and the Components tree shows allways an hotchpotch of assembly and partnames.
I think that SW won't sort the feature tree, but you can do it manually.
can you please show me how to do that?
And unfortunately I do not have SolidWorks or eDrawings Professional.
I am using eDrawings for free and my 3D-cad is
"PTC Creo Elements/Direct" formerly "CoCreate Modeling" formerly "Solid Designer" formerly ME30.
I do not believe there is any way to reorder within e-drawings (std or Pro). I would think your best bet will be to try within whatever 3D software you are going to use.
In SW, you just drag and drop the features.
thank you for your answers.
I realize that there is no solution.
Edrawings lists the parts and assemblies in an order that I do not quite understand.
In any case, it is not pleasant to work in this way.
Is there anywhere the possibility to submit suggestions for improvement?
