Client was able to connect to the license server prior to the 2013-2014 educational version upgrade.
We manage a central license manager that remote clients access.
No one else is having this issue.
Client has upgraded from the 2012-2013 educational version to the 2013-2014 version, problem persists.
Several eyes have reviewed the .opt file.
Other errors we have seen from this client during our testing include:
DENIED: "solidworks" user@machine (User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature. (-39,147:11011 ""))
DENIED: "solidworks" user@machine (User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature. (-39,349:10054 ""))
DENIED: "solidworks" user@machine (User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature. (-39,349:2 ""))
I am not able to find explanations for the 349 erro code or the 2 error code.
Client is on a windows 7 machine LM is Windows Server 2003 SP2
Any insight?
Thanks.
