Hey all,

I have search this but did not find any discussion on this tip.

I was doing some selection of multiple surfaces (could be parts, lines or whatever).

It can get to be a pain to constantly have to hold the CTRL key down all the time when selecting many surfaces or parts.

Found this tip.

  • Click the shift key 5 times in a row. This activates a windows function called sticky keys.
  • Now by clicking on control or shift or tab twice the they are locked on until you click them a third time
  • Makes for easy selection of multiple surfaces, lines, pts, part assemblies etc.

Alternatively (windows 7 and 8 not sure about XP)

Go to Ease of Access Center (under Control Panel -> Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center -> Make the keyboard easier to use

Now just turn on Sticky keys

Have fun
