Hi everyone,

I hope I can express my issue. One of our workstation crashed and we couldn't transfer our license in anyway. Solidworks 2010 was installed on this machine. Now we try to install that license on a new computer but got a license error. So I called VAR to ask about the problem. They told us that we have currently active licenses and need to release them to make a fresh install on a new machine. But I shocked when they want to charge a fee for that process.(I don't have subscription) Interestingly I have to pay to active my own license. Of course I won't pay because it's not a technical issue. So, Is there a way to active my license or transfer our license from a crashed computer.
