i and creating drawings in wich i want to show all the configurations on the bill but i have to do this in an exact format of existing bills.
Create individual BOM for each configuration and place them under each other.
I tryed that but my boss doesnt like having a second header.
Do what Deepak said, then double-click in the first cell in the header row of the bottom table, highlight the text, and hit your spacebar. Repeat for each column. That will leave each cell in that row blank. Will that work?
is there a way i can delete the entre row out so there is not a blank space

I don't think so. Your screenshot shows a blank row so I thought that would be okay.
You can actually hide header but again apart from this lot of manual work will be there which will bite you again and again. So better talk to your Boss and show him the best way which needs no manual things to do..

Do you mean the row that has the name of each column, like Balloon Number, Quantity, Part Number, etc.? If yes, please explain how, because I can't figure it out. I don't know why I would ever want to do that but I'm curious.
Not that row but the table header.
Yes, I know about hiding that one. I guess I misunderstood you. Sorry about that.
Then teach your Boss as this is one way or use the option to list the parts in one BOM but multiple options.
In case he still needs it the way as in your picture then go per Glenn advice and do tell your Boss that how much time you would be wasting in hiding/editing those headers for each BOM table.
Thanks for all your help and i know i do a lot more manual work than i should.
To all that still need to know away around this the following is a great way around it and isn't to time consuming. but will not auto update if numbers change. this can be achived if linked to saved excell doc or design table.
Part number will auto populate each time you paste
bit late to the party here, but why not set up a BOM template "BOM with Headers" and "BOM without Headers" and have the "without headers" one with the headers already hidden?
