I have 2-D drawing files with file extension: *.drw.420

I am not sure why there are three random numeric digits following the .drw

I cannot open these files from solid works or from edrawings.

I get the following message when i try to open this file type:  "The following file name entered were invalid, not found, locked or of an incompatible type."

Please help.
