Can I display toleranced dimensions in a table?

I want to create a table in a drawing that lists configuration names and a corresponding variable dimension (the overall length.)

I can do it by manually typing the text in a general table, but would prefer to keep the values linked to the model.

It is important for the actual toleranced values to appear in the dimension column (e.g. 5.562/5.642)

I tried to do this by creating a design table, but the nominal value and tolerance range appear in separate columns.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
