Hopefully one of you guys can help me out with this issue. A user of ours is experiencing a freezing/hung ePDM explorer when ever he tries to check a file in. He has a lot of data checked out 200+ items.

The Event properties are below:

The program Explorer.EXE version 6.1.7601.17567 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

I logged into his machine under my username and had no issues checking out and checking in files. SO that leads me to believe the issue is tied to his login. Also, if we were to just reinstall the application would it effect the data he has checked out? If so can I back it up (the checked out temp files) and then reinstall?
