I'm having trouble getting the 'Hole Callout' to work, showing the thread description and depth.

I have 2 other drawings that I was able to use the Hole Callout, but it's been a while since I did them.

I don't think I changed any settings that would affect this, but not sure.

Previously, I used the 'Hole Wizard' and created holes and labeld them on the drawing "4-40 UNC <HOLE DEPTH> .25" using the 'Hole Callout' tool.

Now on this new drawing I can only get <MOD-DIA> .089  <HOLE DEPTH> .250" to show.

Any advice??
