I have had the sime issue too, with a CTRL+Q it always comes back. If this doesn't work try reloading the file.
It didnt work. Already try many ways even hide/unhide. The only thing to make it appear is by keep on clicking. Really troubling me especially during mating. Just imagine how did I mate all the screws!
What video card are you using and what is the driver version for that card? More times than not, your video card driver is out of date and needs to be updated. This can be done through the SolidWorks website.
Are you using an approved graphics card and the correct drivers? Forgive me - just trying to rule out some possible problems. Also, has this just started with a recent update or has it been a continuig problem?
Run the SolidWorks Rx tool to see what it reports.
Hi,
Just a random thought. If you hide any feature in a part, the part will not be visible. Just check Boss Extrude-1 of Part A & Part B. If they are in hidden, make them visible.

Welcome to the forum. That may be the answer to the problem, but you can hide portions of a multi-body part and the other bodies will still be visible.

We have had this occur before. In all cases the user had to restart Solidworks to get the Assembly/part to show up again.
Try a CTRL-Q rebuild.
