Hi All,
I have recently upgraded all our CAD technicians from Solidworks 2012 X64 to Solidworks 2013 X64 and recently when saving any drawings they receive the below error message.
"Solidworks is out of memory! Solidworks is now terminating."
This happnned after the upgrade so i though perhaps the graphics drivers were outdated, i have updated these to the latest drivers available on the NVIDIA website but yet still receiving the same message.
I have run Solidworks while also having task manager open to view the system resources and the machine has 8GB of ram and when the error appears only 2.5GB give or take is ever being used.
The machine specs are as follows
Processor: Intel Xeon Quad Core 3.2GHz
Memory: 8GB DDR3 Ram
The machines are running a dual screen setup at the moment and i have read that this may be the cause of the issue, i am currenlty going to remove the 2nd display from one of the machines and test it so will update this post asap.
Any help or suggestions MUCH appreciated, thanks.
