Hello,

I am noticing either a new feature in solidworks 2013 or something that has recently been turned on that has never been.

If I am modifing a part in a assembly which, in turn, causes errors in other parts because of external references, those parts with errors rollback/surpress/hide all features after that contaminated feature. Before if there was a problem it kept the part untouched and just flagged the contaminated feature with an error. When it rolls back all the features in the part it causes more errors for me in many other parts of the assembly because it has now blocked external references in other parts. In large assemblies it may be hard to find which exact part has the rollback because so many parts are effected by the rollback error.

So my question is, can you make it so that when errors occur in part it does not roll all features back to the contaminated feature.

I hope I explained this correctly LOL Example attached.

Thanks
