Different thermal conductivities in x, y, and z directions

I am trying to model a circiuitboard and run a thermal simulation to make sure it does not overheat.  I have been given x, y, and z thermal conductivities.  Is it possible to make the thermal conductivities into one general value, or can I add thermal conductivities for each direction? (Sorry, I am not good at Solidworks simulation :S) Thermal Conductivity of Quad Thermal.png (a picture of the data I am using. Also, the model is upside down. The die should be on top)
