I would like to know what the attached warning message implies when running a simulation, "The More accurate bonding option was used in this study.".
Has it got to do with the solver options?
Nevermind, I see now where it fits in!
can u please elaborate on what you found out?
hi sandeep, probably worth checking out the help file and also the solidworks knowledgebase at customerportal.solidworks.com. they have an explanation of the different methods used for bonding components together.
I agree with Jared, but the way it became clear to me was by trying out the different simulation & solver options with varied contacts being used.
This topic is covered in brief during our standard 2-day simulation training but the depths of the features are really only covered in the KB and help. We would also cover this further in our Mentoring service if it was applicable to the customer's problem or they asked specifically about wanting to know more about the feature.
Have fun simulating!
