I really need to use fillet bead due structural requeriments

This changed a few years ago it used to create an incontext component in around version 2010 this was replaced by the new weld bead tool (assembly features -> Weld Bead) which gives a graphical representation, plus details can be added for the symbol and even material/ weight under the weld folder.
Why is it that you needed it to be physical geometry?
The best solution i can think of if you need it to be a physical object is to manually create an incontext part with a sweep and subtract to get the geometry you are after.

In technical design is specify as a fillet weld, but I add a note about solidworks limitations about weld representation. a swept boss should do the job, thanks
