We are facing problem in providing inner diameter while dimensioning a detailed view of a cylidricial part.

In the attached drawing (horizontal dimensioning has been inserted as a note and not by dimensioning), we were trying to dimension the inner dia as 50 +/-0.1. But it could not be created because it asks me for a reference.

The reference line i.e. the centre line should not be inserted. Help me solve this
