Hi Deepak Gupta

I'm seeing the same behavior. Can you assign MS to each body (like you've assigned AL to fourth body) and check.
You set the material in the <As Machined> top level configuration.
Solidworks automatically selects the <As Welded> Derived configuration as the basis for the cut-list. You can either change the material at that level or remove the derived configuration. For whatever reason Solidworks will not let you change the cut list to read the material properties on the <As Machined> configuration.
Alternately, you could also either do as Deepak says and set them each in the feature manager tree by selecting the body of each cut-list item and selecting their material indivually.
I attached your file with the properties set like Deepak suggested. Unfortunately I don't have your materials databeas so they are just example generic materials but I think you can get the idea from it.
Thks very much for your help.
I think it's a SW bug, so it's not avoid to happen in future, even this time temporary to settle like this way (Change material in the <As Welded> Derived configuration one more time).
So far no choice, i just ask our design team to take care as:
due to most of time we work at default status_ in the <As Machined>,
So the Materials, PartNo or QTY will not be correct in the cut list table in Drawing.
i hope SW can find solution in next SP (SW2013 sp04)
I just had this same issue and managed to get around it.
Open the part and right click on the material and select "Manage Favorites".
Find the material you wish to use and click "ADD".
Close the editor.
Now, back in the part, right click on the material again and select the material from the favorites.
Hopefully it works anyone else having the issue.
