I am making a design table where there is a taped hole that goes all they way thru the part and with the different size the thread size will change how do i put that in the design table? Also i have an arc in my part that the width will change but i need the arc to stay at 90 degrees how should i do that?

I have a couple of ideas that might help you. Numbered English screw diameters are based on a formula. D=.060+.013N. This allows you to enter the screw number and extract the actual diameter value.

=$B3&"-"&C3&"UNC"
You can name cells to make the above equation make sense...
=SIZETEXT&"-"&TPI&"UNC"
