I've never had this problem before, whenever I try to dimension a sketch, everything turns red and says It's unresolvable and has conflicts? Even just a straight line. I attached a picture.
Check this out. Hope it answers your question.
By the way, it only happens when I try and enter in a number for the dimension that it turns red.
I was able to do it with smaller dimensions without a problem, is there some kind of limit that's causing this? Does anyone know a way around it if so?
Are any of your points "fixed". Seems that adding that dimension is over defining your sketch. Try running SketchExpert with the dimension callout and see where you maybe having an issue.
That's what I thought too, but it was a fresh sketch. I even tried deleting all the relations. SketchXpert is grayed out in and out of the sketch.
Weird, I tried moving the sketch to the left and the dimensions got left behind? Shouldn't they go with the sketch? Here's a picture.(http://puu.sh/330UP.jpg)
Have you re-booted since that started?
Yes, after trying for a while I restarted Solidworks and when that didn't work I did a PC restart.
Ah interesting, this might also be a solve for the other problem I was having as well. I'm not sure how to center the origin, though...
Ah nvm I think I got it.
Not sure if this will help but I created a rectangle with the origin in the center and converted a horizontal and vertical edge to construction and sketched my other two lines inside that rectangle calling out the horizontal and vertical sides of the 90.
