In my past experience with having solid works and a separate MRP database for part numbers/bill of material we did not have bill of materials on the face of the drawings but listed above the title block "see separate bill of materials". Currenlty we have both and 90% of the time the two bill of materials do not match. Can I get some feedback from "users" out there how they are handling this process. FYI: the MRP database we have can not handle importing excel spread sheets. Everything is manual input.
