Dump-and-fill simulations are actually still "big math". Ph.D.'s are still trying to figure this type of problem out, with NASA leading the way.

Of course in the real world, you probably won't see the formation of this type of lattice, rather you will have a more chaotically organised pattern.
Like Roland said, this is heading down the path of a physics simulation of the type SW is not aimed at.
I am trying to use SW motion, but I want the parts in the assembly stay in the same position that appears in the end of animation. This is possible?

Heer's a ball in a box
Place them all above the boxed area - anywhere in the space driectly above is fine.
Go to your Motion study and add Gravity
Then add Contact between them all
Calculate the animation and there you go
