Automatic holes around components on insertion in assembly?

This is an odd question, but would save me so much time:

I make a lot of switch panels using a set number of different types of switches. The panels consist of a metal backplate, acrylic light plate, and legend plate.

When I am inserting a switch, the backplate should have a hole with a DIA of X, the light plate will have a hole with a DIA of Y, and the legend plate will have a hole with a DIA of Z.

Each different switch generally has hole sizes that are different.

Is there any way to build these hole cuts into the switch part or assembly file, so that when I drag them onto my panel, it cuts the assembly appropriately? (Preferably with a sketched hole - not all holes are round.)

Any thoughts on how to relatively easily implement this?
