Creating option file for SNL.

I have created an option file for the idle license to be returned once user is not using SW for about 30 minutes.

It works, but frequently click reread the file manually to be able for the option file to work again. its like every week we need to click on the reread button in the server for the option file to work.

Can anyone help me, for any workaround. Please see below for the option file that I have created.
