Hi Everyone,

Here's our first official meeting announcement in the SW forums!  Please help us make this communication tool work by responding here with your RSVP.  The meeting details are below, and as a member of the group, you should have received an email as well.  Please be sure to check your spam & junk mail boxes, and set filters accordingly for future emails.

As usual, NEOSWUG will provide burgers, dogs, buns, beverages, condiments, & paper products.  We ask the group members to bring side-dishes & desserts.  If you’re just not up to cooking, we could use some chips and/or potato salad.  However, the homemade dishes really make this a fun meeting, please consider sharing with the group!

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

We’re trying new communications with this meeting.  Please RSVP by responding to THIS discussion thread.  You should indicate if anyone extra is coming with you and what dish you’ll be sharing with the group.  This will let everyone see what’s on the menu, and prevent too many duplicates.

We need Grill-Masters, too!!  Please let us know if you can cook & bring grill tools, Thanks!
