SW2012 SP5.0

I'm beating my head against the wall on this one.  I need to make revolved cuts on both faces of the tabbed flange ending in a diameter.  In both cases, I get the subject error.  I have revolved a surface with the cutting sketch features to illustrate the intersection, and I can see nothing that would suggest an issue with my cuts.  I'm hoping those with a trained eye can spot something I've missed.

The following pictures shows a cross section of the part in the top plane.  The red surfaces are the cutting features of the revolved cut on the top and bottom of the flange.  These operations are being conducted on an imported body. I have run a stringent solid/surface check with no invalid faces or edges.
